hi i havent been into scanning for 25 yrs or more an last one was a yuppie 7100 ive just been given a fairmate 2000 which looks just like the 200 e i used to have before the 7100 thank god i still have the op manual for it too
it belonged to a friend of the family who passed away and used to for the air band , now ive been using it for a few days and as it hasnt got ssb well its not my cup of tea so the plan was to sell it and give the money to the family i know it prob wont fetch much but any ideas on what i should ask , please note i wont be selling on here as i have a couple of people interested allready but its what do you want for it and i dont have a clue
it is just the scanner and its carry pouch and ariel (rubber duck wire wound type), i thought they came with a telescopic one ???
so any clues
